Is it okay to consume one scoop of vegan protein powder every night before sleep as I walk over an hour and consume about 2000 cal. in total daily?

I don’t see any reason why not. I think so many people are used to trying to not eat or eat less that they forget it’s actually OK to eat.

I guess it depends on what you add the protein powder to. If you added it to a soda then I don’t think you are doing your body any good.

I can’t imagine you would want to eat it dry, but I guess that’s not the craziest thing I’ve ever heard.

So I say go for it. Enjoy your protein powder. I use Orgain brand veggie protein powder and it tastes really good, so I have it as often as I can for a chocolaty treat.

It sounds like you are eating a diet of foods that are fresh and healthy so if I were you I wouldn’t worry about that protein powder for a second. Enjoy it. Have 2 scoops if you want!
